One trick with peanut butter candy is to not make it while it is raining. I know, sounds weird, but it's true. Also, add about 1/2 cup - 1 cup of marshmellow cream, depending on the amount of candy being made. this will give it a smooth texture while still helping to hold it together. Very good.

What kind of peanut butter candy is it? You can add a little warm butter....or more peanut butter.
