try chewing gum, drinking a lot of water or chewing on low-fat sugarless sucking candy.

Well, the question is a little vague, but I'll take a shot in the dark by guessing you mean that you're eating too much? I mean, if you're not eating, obviously you'll be hungry, but if you seem to be hungry no matter what, and eat way too much, there's a couple very easy solutions.
First thing, basic carbohydrates will stimulate your appetite like nothing else. I'm not saying to go on Atkins, because the diet is horrible for you, but what I am suggesting is that the carbohydrates you take in are complex (IE eating apples, vegetables, whole grains, etc. and NOT eating bread or buns that aren't 100% whole grain or 100% whole wheat, not eating pasta, not eating ramen, any of those starchy foods).
If you do this, that will definately help. Also, try to eat a bit more slowly than normal. You may find that your full point is much less food than you'd expect, but your body hasn't processed exactly how much food it took in until a little while into eating.
Last, stay way the heck away from artificial sugar. Yes, that means no more candy, cookies, ice cream, sweets, all that stuff.
Basically, if you eat a healthy diet, you will be a healthy person with a healthy appetite.
Hope this helps!

Drinking water doesnt work for me! its better when you buy something like a "Fuze" they have vitamins and some only have 5 calories per serving! Or you could buy some fruit2o theyre good too! You could also snack on fruits and carrots...carrots have very little calories and so do apples...both of these are what you call "negative calorie foods" that means they take more energy to burn their calories than what you actually eat! so you burn calories while eating them...LOL...Great huh?

You are either not eating healthy foods, eating because you are bored or depressed, or eating because it is a habit.
You didn't mention if you are overweight.
