I have wondered if situps or chrunches really work, for chub bellies. I'm getting a pop belly, and i need to get rid of it, before it gets bigger. Any serious ideas?

The quickest way to lose the belly is to clean up your diet. You can do exercises to tone your stomach all you want, but if you don't lose the flab you'll never know. Cut junk foods out of your diet and incorporate weightlifting and cardio into your lifestyle.

Well, the reason for your getting a "chubby belly" is not known but fortunately the solution to get rid of that chubby belly is.

You can consider "Abdominoplasty" with "Liposuction" to get rid of that "Chubby Belly" for good.

For full details I suggest that you have a look at http://www.indosurgery.com/. These guys seem to be professionals.

USEFUL EXCERPTS FROM http://www.indosurgery.com/.

"Now patients from across the globe are benefiting from GLOBAL quality treatment offered by INDIA at about only 10% to 25% (one tenth to one fourth! - depending on the procedure) of the charges applicable elsewhere for the same treatment / procedure and that too with almost no waiting period. No wonder INDIA is experiencing a growth rate of about 35% in the number of foreign patients coming for Medical Treatment from the rest of the Globe. The proposition is quite irresistible since the quality of treatment in INDIA is truly GLOBAL at very - very low costs. Even after adding all the costs like (1) Travel (2) Medical Treatment / Surgery (3) Recuperation & Sight Seeing (4) Incidental costs of lodging, boarding and local travel etc., a substantial amount of money will still be left unspent form what your total budget would have been had you opted for the treatment / procedure at a place other than INDIA. India offers a winning combination of GLOBAL quality & economics which work in favor of Foreign Patients. Quite importantly, add to it the fact that due to sufficient capacity there is almost no waiting period.

http://www.indosurgery.com allows you the flexibility of options rather than a rigid plan directed to a specific individual or a hospital. You can Choose a Suitable Doctor / Surgeon, suitable Place Of Treatment, suitable Boarding & Lodging Facility, suitable Costs etc. It's like tailoring your own coat !"
