Okay, it's pretty clear to most of us that when a guy says "I'm scared of committment" it really means he's doesn't want a committment with you.

So when a guy says "I don't know what I want" like they do prior to or when breaking up do they really mean "I don't want you?" Or does it mean something else?

Its hard to make this call because your friend knows u better than I do. I would find it somewhat irritating too if a good friend of mine asked me such a question. Rather than discuss what is eating you, which would be preferable...you ask how to die. It makes me think of how quickly your ready to run away from problems, how little you appreciate life or even your friends who are there to help you. You see my point? Instead of reaching out and leaning on someone you think of doing yourself. He's not being mean...he's probably just tired of hearing it. Try opening up to him...talk about your problem. If he's a true friend he'll listen and hear you out.

Most guys dont know how to just say something
so if he says that he does not know what he wants i think he is trying to say in a nice way that he does not want you
i would not wait around for him to figure out what he wants. Life is too short.

confusion?. I've said that be for but didn't not want the girl, i was just confused to what i should do.. it was a warning i guess.
he's probably having doubts about still dating you, hes been weighing his options to being single and being with you,

to help it i don't know what to tell you., i guess you have to play it by ear. just don't get to attached to him just in case the better turns for the worst

i think that it means that they are confused and are unable of knowing whether he wants to b with u or not... although the other possibiltiy is that he doesnt want u but he doesnt want u 2 move on in case he cant find sum1 beta so he is giving u false hope making u wait... hope that helps =) Good luck

well the last time my bf told me he was confused and not sure of what he wants, he broke up with me. It wasnt because he didnt want me, it was due to things that were going on in his life. But, if you can talk to him and help him out with his problems, you guys may be ok...try it

Hes not saying i dont want you. The problem is hes confused with life and doesn't know where to go. give him time. either he will figure it out or you should just move on to someone who has life figured out.

From my experience, it's a way of "letting you down easy", not ready for commitment but let's have fun.
