I am about 10 days past ovulation and yesterday and today I have been having mild cramping sensations and little twinges I didn't think much of it until today when I started feeling really sick in the middle of eating anything. I have no appetite what so ever. I was in the car driving home from the store when I just got the urge to puke I pulled over thinking I was going to but nothing happened. For the last few hours I have been having the worst headache imaginable with alot of increased cervical mucus I am still having the sensation like I am going to puke, my basal body temps are all above coverline and have been for the last 10 days. yesterday morning there was a big dip and then it shot back up higher than any other temps on the chart. Since my ovulation was late I was supposed to start today but because it was delayed it should be here by Tuesday!! So when do you think I should test since today was the official day i was supposed to start WHAT COULD BE MAKING ME FEEL THIS WAY???

Sounds like there is a pretty good possibility that you are preggers, or have a flu. If you are TTC, sounds like good news. Taking a test today wouldn't hurt, unless you are strapped for money. It may not be real accurate, but if you get a positive then you are good to go! A negative would mean another test in about a week. Good luck!

You may have a flu, or a food poisoning. That would be my first guess. It sounds like it's too soon to worry about pregnancy, your period is only late by like a day. If I were you I'd wait another 3 days and if no period I'd get a test.

You could be pregnant or you may have a virus of some kind.

You can test 19 days after the day you think you became pregnant.
A blood test will show if you are pregnant 7 days following conception.

Take a test and then take another one in a few days... for months I thought I was pregnant but I kept getting my period... your body does crazy things... it is common for an egg to get fertilized but not implant causing you to have early symptoms and then get your period a little late...
