what would be an awesome haircut on me!? and what would you consider my face shape?!?

i really don't know what to do with my hair, it's long and i'm tired of it. i kind of have a round face and i want to know how to make it look thinner?

btw, i really kind of like the whole "scene-ish" haircuts, which is choppy and straight. don't tell me to "be myself" because that's absolute bs and i want to wear my hair however the f i want, which is that. alright. :)

should i go short?

I can't tell a daggone thing about face shape unless it's extremely obvious. I still don't even know what shape mine is.


I personally think the hair you have is good on you, which is a lot coming from me since I tend to not like hair straightened that much. Well, I don't hate it, but....
ANYWAY, I think that changing some small would be a big difference, like adding some bangs, whether they're blunt and straight down, choppier and straight down, choppy and to the side, etc. I think that bangs and a few layers to frame your face more (and maybe even on top) with the bangs as a deep side part would be great.

I would need to see you face on,face forward to really be able to tell what your face shape is .it looks kind of oval,but a little round. Not sure. I think you look cute the way you are,but if you really want a change you could have your hair cut to the shoulders and blunt,with layers or have the front a little longer then the back,kind of tilted. Like a longish, layered, tilted bob with a long side band. I believe what I described is scene-ish hair style.

You have a very pretty face. It's your make up that makes you look very hard and unapproachable.

As far as your hair, it is pretty. The color is beautiful. I have a round face as well and fortunately my hair has natural curl so the extra body compliments the round face. I'd say bring in some more layers. Long layers though. I'd layer the top a little because it is matted on your face.

Honestly, go to a hair stylist and ask them what they'd do with your hair. They usually have great advice and consider your physical characteristics. Get ideas from the pros :)

The biggest "hair thing" right now is called the A-Line. Its short like a bob but extends longer from back to front and its very flattering on many face shapes.
If you tell your stylist you want an A-Line cut she should know what youre talking about and you can discuss the exact length desired

I'd keep that length if I were you, and where your part is in that picture, get side swept bangs and ask for layers that are short-medium that are choppy and blend in. The layers will give you body, but won't make it so freaking obvious that you have layers (I hate that).

I agree. Your face is more oval than anything, and cute, so get your hair out of it. Keep the length and sweep it back a bit so people can see your eyes.

your hair looks good on you and your face doesn't look big or fat or whatever you want to call it..you're actually kinda cute..don't cut your hair short they'll just make you feel like you have bigger face..keep the long hair they make the face look thinner and longer.
