"HI Ho Silver" This was The Lone Ranger words, when riding his horse name Silver.
This is the old movie during the 60s, starring Clayton Moore and his Indian side kick called 'Tonto'.

King Midas, not Maidas, was granted a wish which had undesirable consequences. Everything he touched turned to gold; including food, people and, I guess, chairs.
There's not an equivalent myth re silver that I'm aware of.
