she'll always be on your mind but you need to move on and find another girl. I dated this one girl on and off for 4 years and we've been broken up now for about a year. Its tough but its something you have to do.

I have the same problem, and I'm starting to you realize you never do get over true love. Even if you do "move on" and it's years from now, you'll still hold a place for that person in your heart. I had to learn to be happy with myself, by myself. It sounds like you need to accept the fact the relationship is no more, and learn from it.

The best cure for this is a new girlfriend. You're hanging onto something that used to be because you don't have something to replace it with. Once you start dating and meeting some great girls, you'll realize that your ex wasn't the only fish in the sea, and that she probably wasn't a good match for you anyway. Good luck, and have fun!

How long were you dating her? They say it takes half the time you were dating to get over someone you love. That would mean you were dating for 2 years or more. If that's the not case, and it has been over a year, go get her!!! Good luck!

Drink and/or drugs?! Take a break from everything, go away for abit and do whatever you always wanted to do. You never know, you might just meet someone else. Life is funny like that.

You most likely still love her but if not you have unresolved feelings. Write a letter or talk to someone and express all of your feelings it will bring closure and help you to get her off your mind.
