Maybe you aren't meant to be with the second one. Maybe it's your body telling you it's time to pick one over the other (and it's giving you a hint about who to choose)
I'm sorry but it's never a good idea to be sleeping with two people at once. Not only can it cause jealously (no matter how "okay" with it all parties involved are), but it can be a huge health risk.
