Grilled Hawaiian Pork Tenderloin

This grilled pork tenderloin slow roasts on the grill while you brush it down with a tangy Hawaiian-style sauce. Top it off with some veggies and you've got a whole meal.
INGREDIENTS:
3 pounds pork tenderloin
1 quart reduced pork broth
1/2 cup brown mustard
1/2 cup yellow mustard
1 1/2 tablespoons horseradish
1 1/2 tablespoons ketchup
1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
8 small red potatoes
2 carrots (stripped)
1 can pineapple rings
PREPARATION:
In saucepan, place pork broth, brown and yellow mustards, honey, horse- radish, ketchup, brown sugar and garlic. Simmer on low and reduce. Grill pork tenderloin, turning to prevent burning while brushing sauce over the meat.

Remove from grill when done (170 degrees). About 1 hour on low heat. Grill vegetables and pineapple during last half of the cooking time and serve with the meat.

Try pineapple juice as marinade for prawns. With soy sauce and lime, salten chicken wings and rub with garlic powder and red pepper powder. For beef patties, bind with a mixture of flour, seasonings and egg plus some ketchup and loads of chopped garlic. Never forget to baste oil on roasts when grilling. Recipes always include salty tastes such as soy sauce, hickory etc. -salt is THE basic- and sour sauces (which sweetens in barbequeing) such as vinegar, lime, tomato sauce, beer, 7up, etc. Your choice will depend on the end-effect and flavor desired. Finally, always consider pepper, garlic powder, worcestershire, onion, curry and other spices. I wish I could post my mixes and sauces, they run up to quite a list but my wish is that everybody enjoy experimenting from a basic mix of salt, cooking wine, (or soy sauce and lime) plus some ketchup and pepper and when confident enough to explore the myriad of flavors.
