today i twisted my ankel bad. when i did i heard a crack i didnt break it tahnk god. but i might have cracked the bone. im going to the doctors tomarrow. but even if i put a little pressure on it. it begaings to hurt very badly. plz let me know what you think. thank you oh so very much.

its been swollen for atleast 3-4 hours now. i also keep it elevated

Bunny Girl : what you should do is put icepack on ankel for
2hrs so will take down swelling and keep off foot too

sounds like you fractured something..is it swollen? I heard the crack when I broke a bone in my foot...keep it elevated I see a cast in your immediate future...

You might have just hurt it very bad as you have said. Just elevate it, and put ice on it

if you "cracked the bone" you broke it, there's no difference. Can you walk on it? If you can, it's probably not broken, you may have stretched a tendon, which is also painful.

If it were me I would head to the ER ASAP. They can fix you up and get you started on pain meds. Sorry your in pain. Good luck.
