Well, I think nuclear war is less a possibility now than ever, although the tactical and limited use of nuclear weapons has never been more likely. Terrorists are trying to get their hands on it and our government is considering their use for bunker-busting bombs.

Fallout, then, will likely be a localized phenomena...but still no less frightening than global fallout.

as one of our drill sargents told us when we were going threw our N.B.C. (nuclear, biological, chemical) training, no body including terrorists are stuipd enough to use any NBC weapons because as soon as you use anyone of them especially against the US we or any other person would retaleate with much worse that is why i do not see that anytime soon we will see nuclear war
