The fudge icing sould work. Here is the recipe...


To make the Fudge Icing: In a saucepan, combine 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup cocoa powder, milk, butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Bring to a boil, and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Using an electric mixer, beat icing for 3 minutes, or until it thickens to spreading consistency. Pour over completely cooled cake.

FROSTING

1 stick margarine
4 ½ tbsp cocoa
1 box confectioner’s sugar (1 lb)
1 tsp vanilla
5 tsp milk

melt margarine in a saucepan. Add the cocoa, then the confectioner’s sugar, vanilla, and milk. Stir until smooth, adding a few drops milk if frosting seems too thick. If desired, stir in some chopped nuts frost quickly!!!!!

1 stick of room temperature butter
3 cups of sifted powdered sugar
1/3-2/3 cups of coco
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon of real vanilla extract

from the recipe on the box of Hershey's coco

powdered sugar, cocoao, milk and a mixer. To taste of course. Makes a Chocolate Icing. :)
