The spinach recipe I need has only 4 ingredients: including a box of frozen spinach, 1 beaten egg, milk, & swiss cheese. I've misplaced my recipe & cannot remember how much milk I need.
Please reply ASAP. Thanks.

pastry for 1-crust 9-inch pie

2 cups KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

2 Tbsp. flour

1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked, well drained

1 cup milk

2 eggs, lightly beaten

3 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled

1/2 tsp. salt

dash of pepper


PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Roll pastry to 12-inch circle on lightly floured surface. Place in 9-inch pie plate. Turn under edge; flute.

TOSS cheese with flour in medium bowl. Add spinach, milk, eggs, bacon and seasonings; mix well. Pour into pastry shell.

BAKE 1 hour or until set.

Italian Spinach Ricotta Quiche

1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup minced onion
1 package frozen -- chopped (10 oz.)
spinach -- thawed
15 ounces Ricotta cheese
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Prick shell and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven
. In a frying pan, melt the butter. Add the onions and cook until soft. Squeeze
the spinach to remove the moisture and add to the onions and stir. Remove from
heat. Add remaining ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Add spinach and
onion mixture and mix well. Pour into baked shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 t
o 45 minutes or until top is golden brown. Serves: 6 to 8.

1/2 cup butter
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 (4.5 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
1 (6 ounce) package herb and garlic feta, crumbled
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1 (9 inch) unbaked deep dish pie crust
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a medium skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Saute garlic and onion in butter until lightly browned, about 7 minutes. Stir in spinach, mushrooms, feta and 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon mixture into pie crust.
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into the pastry shell, allowing egg mixture to thoroughly combine with spinach mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Sprinkle top with remaining Cheddar cheese, and bake an additional 35 to 40 minutes, until set in center. Allow to stand 10 minutes before serving.

I am considering getting rid of all of my cookbooks, because every time I need a recipe I go to this site and always find a what I am looking for!
