What are some eye exercises I can do to fix this problem? Should I consider surgery? I've noticed in my pictures, while one eye is focused, the other eye is not completely to the center like my other.

My daughter has alternating strabismus. It can be treated by patching, glasses and exercises. See a good Ophthalmologist not an Optometrist. The Ophthalmologist has more training and is a doctor that specializes in treatment of the eye. If surgery is warranted the doctor can advise and treat you. We were told that surgery is only done in very extreme cases because of the danger of over correcting and making the problem worse. If your concern is only cosmetic your doctor may suggest corrective lenses to "relax" the muscles that are over working and causing the eye to turn in. Once your prescription is fine tuned you can switch to contacts with acceptable results.

Also keep in mind as you get older, if you do indeed have strabismus, it will affect your driving since a person with strabismus does not see in "stereo" and therefore can't judge depth as well as others. My daughter has absolutely no depth perception. She has adapted but she still has trouble at times.

Hi there!
It's best to see an Ophthalmologist about this. Only they know what will be best in your case.
I have a lazy eye as well.... the vision has never been good but now that I am older..it's terrible. I never took care of it. Don't take any chances with your vision. May you have a better outcome than I did.
Take care! :)

The first thing you need to do is see your eye doc for a proper diagnosis. Once you have a diagnosis he will set up a schedule of exercises for you to do or he may have you come to the office several times a week for therapy.

put like a eyepatch over the good eye. the lazy eye will have to work harder and it should get better.
