Yesterday, i had gotten sick (vomited) and noticed afterwards that i now have red dots/splotches/freckles around my eyes and along my hairline. im thinking that it could possibly be popped blood vessels??? if so, will they go away or how do i make them go away?? is there another possibility? thanks:)

Yes they will go away....You just put pressure on blood vessels when throwing up which cause small blood vessel to either leak or burst..just like a bruise...Hold your breath for long period and you notice pressure building up which will lead to small vessels buckling under pressure ...The face if pretty fast in healing so give it a week or two before the disappear...

This sounds like petechia (small spots from blood that leaked out of the vessels and show under the surface of the skin, after trauma to the vessel).

They will go away in about 1 week, my wife got them all over when she had our baby...your fine...pop vessels yes sir

Those little red dots are probably something called petichaie that sometimes develop after coughing or vomiting:

You have not went to doctor yet. popped blood vessel are blue color.
