1. I think your so busy noticing the Christians that advertise that they are Christian that you don't notice the ones who don't. There are Christians who are very open about that and Christians who keep a low profile, but if someone if keeping a low profile then you don't know that they're Christian.
2. I've never heard of people who are ALWAYS saying "I'm a Christian" unless it's a particularly important detail to the topic at hand, or exclaiming "Jesus" and "Oh Lord." Really, Christians shouldn't say "Jesus" or "Oh Lord" unless they really mean to call upon Him because that's using His name in vain, although there are a lot of atheists and non-religious people who also use His name all the time.
As for crosses, bumper stickers, and other such things, well, they're quiet witness to Christian faith so how annoying can they be. Do you really have to complain about that?

I'm a Christian and I don't go around making it known to people, they can just see it in the way I live my life. Wearing a cross used to mean something but with people like Madonna, Britney, rappers, etc. wearing big ones it seems to have taken away the meaning of it anyway. Beside Christ was hung on a tree not a cross. Christians are proud to be followers of Christ and if they want to let the world know about it then so be it. It says in the Bible..."I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ because it is the way of salvation... If you don't like it, look away but it would be in your best interest to check out what being a Christian is all about before you pass judgment.

A christian is a follower of Christ which means they should be following the example he left. Wearing jewelry does not prove anything. Saying Jesus is normal if you are living for him, he is your master. Who told you there was no God? A real Christian does not need to broadcast, the life we live will tell off whether good or bad. What's dumb is not being a Christian because hell is much hotter than the sun or the oven. You better change your way of thinking before you land yourself there for all eternity.

interesting question- I share my faith because I want others to know the saving power of Jesus Christ. You may not wear shirts that say there isnt a God, but what is the difference between shirts and this forum. You just told us you do not believe in God, well,I am telling you that I do.

If you are a unbeliever , then it is the responsibility of a true Christian to stay away from you ! So , if we let it be known that we are Christians , then it makes it easier for us to obey God , as you will avoid us and we don`t have to worry about an association with you !! ************* 1 Corinthians 5 : 13..But them that are without God , judgeth . Therefore PUT AWAY FROM AMONG YOURSELVES THAT WICKED PERSON..

this little light of mine, i'm gonna let it shine!
i believe in God because He is the One who held me as the world closed in...from sexual harrasment, from being an adulteresses daughter, being a step daughter and having the gift of knowing...too much...
what if you are right that there is no hope, no God who would create a unique soul in every person, a Savior who would never die for abunch of sinners(if sin existed), what if this was just a tale that had to be told and told again, and that's it?
but what if you are wrong?what if There is a God who created you ,who is surrounded by hypocrites who destroy any hope of seeking the truth, you stand upon shifting ground wether you know it or not,you say"if there is a God who changes lives, it must be a lie look at these 'christians'..." what if there is a Son of God once enthroned in glory who declined from His throne to live a life of a man, who faced temptation(so He could teach you how to face it)who had sorrows and pains(He shared in our sufferings)...who knew every single sin we committed and will commit and carried them to the Greatest altar, whose peircings of 9 inch nails in his hands and feet would pay the price, who's wounds were ripped open over 4 times...who's crown was of thorns pressed into his flesh...his face covered in spit(which is the filth in our hearts)...he died after hanging there for nine painful hours...what if on the third day death was conquered as a living savior arose from the grave...
your choice...
forgive us Christians, we fail too, i am sorry that we turn you away from the Lord Almighty...forgive us and pray that the faltering will find solid ground...

I only tell people what I believe if it is important in the conversation or if they directly ask me. Crosses are nice, they protect against vampires, but I do not use mine to profess my faith. Many people who may just like the shape wear them. I don't feel that I need to make it known that I believe that Christ was God's son. Let them do their own thing, and I shall do mine.

My life is centered around Jesus - I cannot separate it from Him - I don't need to go around saying "I'm a Christian" - I just am. Hopefully, people will see the difference in my life.

You must hang out with a lot of rather demonstrative Christians.
Woooo!!! Hooooo! I'm a Christian!!! Lordy! Lordy! I'm a Christian!
Merry Christmas. *said quietly with hands in lap*

It's called witnessing, it's what God wants us to do to win people to the Lord. And it's not dumb to be a Christian, it's dumb not to be one.
