Just because you are spanish doesn't mean you can't make new friends. You do what everyone else does to make friends...talk to people. You obviously speak english well enough, since you posted a question, so just talk to new people.

Join a few clubs that interest you. Non-competitive social co-ed sports are good too (volleyball, baseball, etc.). Courses are a great way to get to know people, as is volunteer work. Get out there and have fun whatever you do.

learn english with someone who you'd like to be friends with... they can learn some spanish while you're learning english... then you can both build this bond while learning!
