Yes, you can, but it will most likely come in the form of a paper gift certificate. When you give it to someone, they can input the gift certificate code onto their Amazon account to redeem it.

You can also get Amazon gift certificate codes (it's in the form of a printed receipt) from Coinstar machines, if you have a ton of coins that you need to get rid of.
