My nose keeps running,?

I dont have any cold symptoms, but my nose keeps running, and only from the top, like it only comes out of the top corners of my nose, so annoying! My nose is red and cut in corners now from wiping it. What do you think it could be? Allergys? I never suffered from this before, also could it be from the smog here in Los Angeles?

allergies, cause its cold now and ur used to the heat. Take benedrel (?) allergy medicine.

Use anti-histamine...to stop your nose from running..
