I am very excitable and very hyper right now. I just found out I got a job transfer and I am so happy and on a "high" if you will (no I dont take illegal drugs) Yesterday I was so wound up I took my mediaction early and took a nap to calm me down.

What are ways you stay clam, peaceful and relaxed and how can I just "tone it down" a bit I was bouncing off the walls at my parents a little bit today.

My hearts desire is to serve the Lord and glorify God and live for him. I am just a little or should I say a lot jittery.

I am very excited about what the Lord is going to do but I dont want to overstate things and be over powering and overdo things.

Thank you for your answers and may the Lord richly bless you and prosper you in Jesus see Psalms 20:4

Congratulations! Maybe you could try going to a gym to work off the excess energy you have, or going for a brisk walk or doing any kind of physical activity. You sound like a very good person, and the world could sure use a lot more like you. Merry Christmas and may God bless you.

I really enjoy reading Proverbs when I need to be calmed down. They are always very reassuring. I am glad that you got GOOD NEWS today and I hope that you are truly able to assist in spreading the GOOD NEWS to those who are around each and every one of us. Have a great Christmas with friends and family!!
