If I continue eating and exercising the way I have been, will I keep losing?! =) That's great, but how can I KEEP my weight stable as well?

Also, why does our weight change throughout the day? How do we know which amount of weight we really weigh? I heard that the time you wake up in the morning is your actual current weight.

What foods help flatten the stomach?

Exercise, healthy eating. Determination not to go back. I personally have lost 90lbs. Must see it as a life style change.

you wont always loose weight when you keep on exercising..you will reach a certain weight wherein you wont loose any pound even if you keep on doing your usual exercise, unless you increase the intensity of your exercise..you must also eat in small amounts..but make sure it will satisfy your hunger..i didnt mean just a spoonful of mashed potatoe and thats all..you will need it especially when you exercise..according to some dietician eating in small amounts every 3-4 hours will increase your metabolism rather than eating 2 or 3 large amounts of meal for the day..of course avoid too much sweet and salty foods, they will make you look buffy, drink a lot of water, I mean really lots of water.. eat lean meats, whole wheat bread rather than your usual bread, eat fruits they are good for your stomach for they are high in fiber..avoid junk foods..i know they're irressisstable but you have to cut eating them, also do some crunches they will flaten your tummy if you do it regularly..or if you want you can just check out this site..

just keep the way you are doing things.. you'll body will adjust to the weight and stay around that weight...

no food flatten the stomach..
just don't eat if you aren't hungry..

still trying to maintin myself.
at some point our body will say ok thats enough and you hit a plateau.
i think if we eat less and exercise more we will still be losing.
good foods for abs are fruits and veggies high in fiber.
delete white and junky food.
