I don't mind if they put up Nativity scenes in their own front yard, but not on courthouse steps or anyplace government owned and operated.

On state or federal grounds? No, there shouldn't be a Nativity scene or any other religious scene.
What they do at home or at their church is up to them.
Celebrate Christmas all you want, among the like minded. You do not own the whole month, nor are you the only religion in the US, even though some of you think you are.

No I do not. The supreme court,l just humans remember, have misinterpreted the church vs state issue. On purpose. I am offended by not seeing the Nativity scene , by not hearing Christmas carols when I am out shopping. It offends me deeply when lies about Dec. 25 not being the real birthday of Jesus Christ. That is a well worded lie. And most Christians even go along with it. I am OFFENDED.

I agree, it's a ridiculous stance. A nativity scene, is a timely reference to the religious season, not any sort of state promotion of that religion---rather a nod of respect. I have no problem with a relevant display during any Jewish holidays, or Eid or Beltane or any other holiday that might come up. If someone is interested in doing the work to put it up and doing the work to take it down (on their own time, of course) more power to them. Have at it.

No matter what we do we will offend someone. If we don't put them up that will offend the christians. I am christian and I do like to see the manger scenes but in being a christian I know wher our roots are and I also like seeing menorahs in places to represent to jewish communinty. I am not offened by the menorah and I would hope that jewish people would not be offended by the trees or the manger scenes.
i can not speak for any other group that might have a voice in the issue but I would willing to hear their side. No matter what decoration is put up it would not change my heart.

Yes.
I don't care what people want to do on their own private property but the state should not endorse one religion over another.
If the state will put up a nativity scene, it should pay attention to the Jews, Wiccans, Satanists, Buddhists, Atheists, Agnostics, et cetera or none at all.

No I don't think they should stop putting nativity scenes up, since that is the real reason we celebrate Christmas. However I think they should also put up menorahs for the Jewish people & other things for other religions(I don't know what the other holidays are) but their holiday is just as important to them as Christmas is to us.

I don't really care what non-believers thing cuz Christmas is the celebration of Jesus' Birthday. It's kinda like, we better not celebrate the 4th of July because the people from other country's might be offended!

It's not about "offending non-Christians." If you are in the US, it's about something called "the separation of church and State."
If you recall from American history, the people who came from England were fleeing from religious persecution. So when they got here, they valued the idea of everyone being able to practice or not practice any religion they wanted. They thought that the best way to ensure that people would get to worship as they wished, was to have a separation of religion and the government.

Nope, Nativity Scenes are what Christmas is all about, and despite the loud noises the non Christian minority makes, the USA is basically a Christian Country. Why do you think the money says "in God we trust" and courts swear people in on the Bible.
