Girls, what's up?

How does a girl initally evaluate a guy when he first walks into a room? What are some of the first things you look at?

Hair, I notice the hair on their head first.
I usually like it longish, but not too long (no hippy hair).
Short hair, like a crew cut, is most likely a turn off for me.
I dont like facial hair really.
Then I notice their figure, then their eyes.
Then i may choose to talk to them and find out the whole personality thing.

I look at the face...I like a mustache and neat beard on a guy. If they have that then the next thing I notice is the eyes...do they "smile".
