It would be "Doughnut SPREAD with jam" . And it would be delicious.

Um, since this question is in the Languages section, I'll answer it as such.

First, "Doughnut spreaded with jam" is not a complete sentence. Aside from that, depending on what you are trying to say, your incomplete sentence should read:

"A dougnnut spread with jam." This could be an answer to a question like, "What would you like for dessert?"

Or you could answer to the same question, "Doughnuts spread with jam."

You don't need and "-ed" on spread. It's an irregular verb.

Also, the more common spelling is "donut."

Gramatically NO... A doughnut spread with jam; would work much better dude. ;-)

It would be like a jelly dount, but with the jelly on the outside. It would be something like a danish. That is not that weird those 2 substanes have been together before standarly. Your stomach does not care.

Appropriate and acceptable for what? For eating yes.

change the word to spread,and then it would be appropriate and acceptable.
