Um, since this question is in the Languages section, I'll answer it as such.
First, "Doughnut spreaded with jam" is not a complete sentence. Aside from that, depending on what you are trying to say, your incomplete sentence should read:
"A dougnnut spread with jam." This could be an answer to a question like, "What would you like for dessert?"
Or you could answer to the same question, "Doughnuts spread with jam."
You don't need and "-ed" on spread. It's an irregular verb.
Also, the more common spelling is "donut."

It would be like a jelly dount, but with the jelly on the outside. It would be something like a danish. That is not that weird those 2 substanes have been together before standarly. Your stomach does not care.
Appropriate and acceptable for what? For eating yes.
