Hmm depends. Where they in the Mac-n-cheese before or after you cooked it?

Either way probably not. I mean your stomach is full of acid and worms are just like anything else we eat.

It's only the idea of eatting them that really makes us sick. If you got your food nice and hot and killed all the germs in it...then you just had some more protein in your mac-n-cheese.

Wow, I'd report this biz to the health dept. You will probably be okay. I when I lived in L.A. I came across similiar creatures with Questionable contents. Be careful. Maybe you shouldn't shop there anymore. Stick with the bigger stores and not the little Corner Stores...well at least for food. But as always, try to take care of the little guy.
