The bio is obivously wrong. He probably hasn't weighed 200 lbs. since before he won a major. Sharing a similar body type as him, I would guess and say he weighs 240, 245.

I was fired from the carnival because I was lousy at guessing weights, but ole Phil is just a tad too chunky and could spare a few pounds.

I'm going to guess 240. He looks bad and I think that it is negatively affecting his game.
madisonblly, it's wonderful that you are the chess player of golf. That being the case, you should understand that physical conditioning has a lot to do with distance and control in golf. If a play has to adjust his swing to get his lower arms past his bulging gut, it's going to affect his game.
