did you tell her that you had a girlfriend before she bumped into her? if not, she may have thought you liked her, and is now insulted or jealous, or maybe she thought you wanted to cheat on your girlfriend with her.
either way, it sounds like she thought your girlfriend was pretty, or she wouldn't be making such a big deal of it.
and why are you having some girl that just lives in your building over to your place when you have a girlfriend? and why are you calling this girl a hottie when you have a girlfriend?
my advice would be to leave miss lame hottie alone before the whole situation gets messy.

Sounds like she didn't think you were being straight up about your g.f. She is just making it clear that she probably did have a thing for you but you weren't straight up about having a g.f.
Now she could care less about you cause she thinks your a dishonest pig and she is probably enjoys bringing up your g.f (since you apparently couldn't be bothered.

you didn't say what you did or did not do with this "hottie", but what i can tell you is she kept coming over and thought you liked her because you didn't tell her straight up you had a girlfriend. that is why she keeps telling you she saw your girlfriend.
