'Cause they don't realize the true potential in a girl. There's a lot more to girls than just their body. Many guys should realize that. However it is hard for me too but I try to look beyond the body and into the character.

I agree.....they should look at her heart first! Then her face, then everything else!
Some guys are dogs and physical attributes are the most important characteristics in a girl, however many girls are the same way.
You just need to make sure you date a guy that will look you in the eyes and not stare at your butt or boobs the whole time! :)

they look the shape in a sexy jeans and the boobs they love the cleavage but not all guys look on the outside they look more for what's inside

I'd say they are acting a little immature. Maybe they are at that young age. Sadly our society puts so much emphasis on looks....perfect butt, perfect breasts, and that's what we are taught.

a few reasons.. 1: guys can tend to be shallow. we're very visual... and girls these days dress very sexy... thus it's just natural. You girls make it hard not to. ;) :P
