I usually cook at 20 lb. turkey over night and it comes out great. But how long to cook a 11lb. turkey and what temperature. I use the "turkey bags" all the time. Thanks for any help you can give me. Merry Christmas

15-20 min per lb at 325, 450 for the first half hour then down to 325 Internal temp at the thigh without hitting bone 170

the recommended cook time for any turkey is 15-20 minutes per pound so you could figure approximately 2 hours 45 mins to 3 hours at 350 degrees depending on your oven - hope this helps and Happy Holidays!

Roast at 425dg.Baste frequently and allow 15-20min per lb.Allow to cook on one side of the leg,then the other,finishing with the breast up for the last 30mins.Cover the breast with fat bacon.
