My Bichon is a two yr. old male. He was neutered at 6 mos. He still cocks his leg to pee and he does it all over the house and on the furniture. The other 2 yr. old male squats to pee and was neutered the same day as the other. No problems with him. They see the vet at the end of the month. Should/can dog be neutered again?

No he can't be neutered again. This sounds like more of a behavioral issue than him marking his territory. Ask your vet for a referral to a Dog Behavioral Specialist.

If the vet neuters the dog again..you are getting ripped off. He can not be neutered again. Get a new vet!

It sounds like your dog needs a behaviorist? Do you walk it? I mean a couple of miles a day? This might help, it will pee outside, then come in the house and sleep.

Crate him in the house, let him only pee outside and try to clean and scrub everywhere he peed to get rid of the smell.
