I try using my stairs for steps is that good enough for a good cardio workout

Climbing stairs is a really good cardio workout. Try taking 2 steps at once and climbing up sideways. Try running up the stairs but be careful not to trip.

Yes at moderate level depending on heart condition! The best is walking at bearable pace!
