Breakfast = Small bowl cereal
Lunch = Fruit, Salad or veges
Dinner = A very small and light meal
LOADS OF WATER

For exercise i will walk for 1 hour every morning and in the afternoon/evening yoga for about 50mins. I will stretch lots and also do toning exercises every now and then. This will last for 8 weeks, do you think i can lose 6kg and tone up?
Is it a good plan? If not can you tell me how to improve it?

sounds pretty good. you might want to take a multi vitimin to make sure you are getting everything you need. make sure you have some protion.. try grilled chicken or fish.. looks good... i might try this my slef and walking is very good for ya Keep it up

Yes, I think you are on the right track with that regiment. You might want to use skim milk for the cereal. Use a low-cal salad dressing. I have found a sugar-free packet at Wal-Mart that makes water taste like Koo-Aid, they come in individual packets for 16fl oz bottles. I also eat a Smart Ones dessert with a fat-free whip-cream every night too, it helps me with my sweet tooth. I have lost 30lbs in 3 months. Good luck.

That's not nearly enough food, and not nearly enough variety. If you want to do it properly, take yourself off to see a dietician, who will help you formulate a plan that is safe, effective, age-appropriate, and doable.
If you did what you're suggesting for 8 weeks, you'd end up absolutely miserable and feeling like total crap. If you do not know enough about nutrition (and very few people do), then you should not design your own diet plan. Get professional advice.

in general it sounds pretty good.. but that isnt nearly enough >< bahah, stole your words-- anyway, if you have more smaller meals throughout the day, youll loose more that way, itll healp. like snacks between meals.. but dont overdo it.

p.s. eating when your humgry is what most ppl usually do, but if you have some kinda hour or mealtime, then youll control your hunger kinda.

yes it is very good,but you for dinner you still need to eat some meat because your body needs it! and dont stretch your muscles too much! YOU DONT WANT TO PULL A MUSCLE......

dont go under 1200 calories or you will go into starvation mode and your body will hold on to every pound of fat for survival.

if you want to starve yourself and end up in the hospital..my pet dog eats more then that..and he's only 12 pounds.

MAke sure your eating enough otherwise your body will attack your bones and mucles and make you sick
