my boyfriend and i haven't been together for that long, we have sleepovers on the weekends sometimes and just the other night he got me a toothbrush to keep at his place...i know it's silly, but what does that mean? are things getting serious or am i just reading into it too much? i must admit, it felt kind of nice since it shows that he was being thoughtful...?

Since you all have not been together for a long time I would not go an make any proclamations of love or you need to move in maybe he thinks that you need a new toothbrush or you need to brush your teeth in the morning. Read just a little bit more into or just ask him what its for one time.

You are reading too much into it. Playboy advises its readers to keep several new toothbrushes on hand, just in case, to make her comfortable and encourage her to stay overnight. Sorry, he looks thoughtful, but he's getting just as much out of this deal as you do.

hmmm he prolly expects to be with you for a long time or it could be for when you stay the night and accidently 4get ur toothbrush but i'd go with the 1st one.
