When every I go barefoot, either at the beach or at karate, the skin on the bottom of one of my big toes starts to tear off in the same spot from the back to the front. Even if it has healed for months, it always starts up in the same spot - same way.

I suggest being barefoot more often. Then, the skin on your toes will not be so tender and prone to peeling.

When you wear shoes and socks, your feet can get sweaty and the moisure collects on and under your skin. This keeps the skin soft and tender. Being barefoot more allows that moisture to escape and the skin to toughen up a bit.

There are plenty of times when you can be barefoot, especially at your home. Also, if you sleep with socks on I suggest you give up that practice.

i had this same problem

as it turns out it was athletes foot i don't know about you but none of the creams or lotions worked for me
so i tried some of the foot soaks
the one that has kept the athletes foot away for almost 4 years was Johnson's foot soak
soak your feet in it about once every 2 weeks and the peeling should stop quickly
good luck

it might desire to be athletes foot. I somewhat have heard of it inflicting peeling while not having burning or itching. in basic terms get some over-the-counter cream and prepare it to your feet; if it works, then it became athletes foot. attempt it and consistent with danger it is going to sparkling up your secret!!
