NO! do not buy your ex a gift ESPECIALLY since you have a current girlfriend! You need to think about your current girlfriend's feelings! And you need to get over your ex, because it is not fair to your current girlfriend for you to have feelings for another girl.

Well the only advice I have is if you buy your ex a gift you need to make sure it is nothing from the heart. Like a gift card, or itunes card or something like that. I've been where you are. You don't necessarily have to give your ex a gift, it's not like you knew she was gonna give you anything.
Will your girlfriend be hurt? Ofcourse, even if she wouldve said it's okay, it's gonna hurt.
Advice:If your gonna get your ex a gift, just something ordinary like a card or something. And for your girlfriend, something that she'll know you like her more than anything. You'll always have a little feeling for your ex, but it'll go away.

Sounds to me like you and your x need to figure out if you are through or not. Gift buying is not typical of the "X". I speak as an X myself. I think you really need to talk to your X for real. Then decide where it is going, if it is going someplace buy the gift. If it isn't going anywhere at all then you don't buy her a gift and you take the gift she bought you and say you can't except it. If I were the g.f I would dump your ***!

If you want to, yes, go right ahead. Explain the situation to your girlfriend. She should be able to accept that you are still friends with your ex and should be happy for you that the relationship didn't end on a terrible note.
But of course...dont forget to get your girlfriend something!!!!

why the hell are you with someone new if you still have feelings for the old one. be considerate anus breath and ask your new gf first if it is all right with her if you could buy your ex a gift. Geez, be honest, and ask her.
