hi i use full range of mane & tail hair care..i wash my hair every other day,2 days 1 time. i shampoo after wich i condition,and i also use the hair detanlger,,,

Well I use it once a week, after I shampoo my hair. People of color do not wash their hair daily, due to loosing the natural hair oils.

IF ITS FOR YOURSELF..ONCE A WEEK...SO YOU CAN LET THE NATURAL OILS OF YOUR OWN HAIR FLOW THROUGH
