I think her greatest problem is a mother who can't spell.

If you're concerned about her height and weight, ask her pediatrician.

Don't worry about it. Generally, the rule about weight for women is that at 5' a woman should weigh 100 pounds, and about five pounds for every inch over that. So, she sounds underweight. Growth in height is unpredictable, but she will probably grow to the height of her (biological) parents. Are you tall? It doesn't sound like it. Really, don't worry about it, and don't tell her you think she's too big, why give her a complex?

You can't change her height, but almost 5 feet and 85 pounds sounds pretty light to me.

At her next physical, why don't you speak to her doctor.

Her height is down to genetics, almost entirely. Obese kids tend to grow taller, but at 82lb, I doubt your daughter has ever been dangerously overweight.
