i tried taking up the tiles in the bathroom..they are the stick down type...and to make it worse..theres another layer underneath the top layer...they are realy stuck down...it took me half an hour to remove half a tile with a knife and a small hammer....i never took tiles up b4!!!please any advise how to remove them quicker...

use a floor scraper. A floor scraper will pop them up, and chip the old glue off the floor.

use a heat gun or small tourch. Heat the tiles and scrape them off. Wear Gloves

Try an electric heat gun, your hair dryer might even work.
