Drink more water, honey.... I'm 22 and i drank lots of plain lukewarm water and everyone keep commenting that I look 17 or 18. And I am a guy... If beauty tips like this works for me, surely it'll work on you... And make it a habit of drinking lots of plain lukewarm water.... Anyway I do not take sweet drinks that often as it'll cause me to be hyperactive.... I'll think alot....
