My fiance (we are getting married in January) does not like the way I dress. He wants me to wear tight fitting clothes all the time. I don't feel particularly comfortable wearing tight fitting clothes.

Yesterday there was a function and I had to wear something formal. He kept on telling me that he didn't like what I wore. I was deeply hurt and sat by myself.

Why would he behave this way? Ladies, what would you do in a situation like this? Guys, what do you advise me to do?

I accept and love him for who he is.

Well he just doesn't like what you wear. no biggy right. Well in this case i think that he already knew what you were like and what he was getting himself into. I would say change a lil bit for him and then if he still has a fit. ask him exactly what he wants. after that u know what to do... good luck

Don't get yourself into anything that you can not handle, talk to your fiance. Tell him that you feel uncomfortable dreassing the way that he wants you too. Try this: Make a deal hat in public you dress the way you want to dress but in the bedroom you are willing to make a few exceptions as to what to wear. Good luck Honey. Hope I helped.

It is your body, your life so you should wear what you are comfortable in for each fuction/day you go through.
Talk to him and tell him you don't want wear tight clothing that it makes you feel uncomfortable and as an adult you should be the one that has the say in how you dress.

He's trouble. No way should someone in a relationship be that controlling. I would guess you guys won't last. Either leave him now, or leave him in 3 or 4 years when you realize what a mistake he is.....

You shouldn't put up with it. You're the one that's wearing the clothes not him. If he doesn't like them tell him to kiss your ***.
