If the levels are rated from 1 (least stupid) to 7 (most stupid) then I would name them as follows:
1 - Careless, not paying attention
2 - Neglectful, deliberatly not paying attention
3 - Inconsiderate, paying attention but choosing not to help
4 - Unpleasant, doing something contrary for the heck of it
5 - Mean, doing something hurtful for the pleasure of it
6 - Viscious, doing something cruel for the maximum damage
7 - Dead, doing something so stupid you die as a consequence
