i dont kno how to start a conversation b/c im 2 shy and i dont kno how to atract him and the best part is that he has a twin one twin is quieter than the other

well just say hi, so i see you around in the neighborhood and start a normal conversation. once you get to know him maybe you won't be as shy around him.

Well i would say the best way to get his attention is dress differently do something out of the norm. Maybe if your a preppy person, dress emo. Or punk. Or gangsta. something out of the ordinary some that would catch his eye. Ok so here's an idea walk by his house when you know he's out side. make a comment or joke about something. Maybe comment him and tell him you like his t shirt. or somthing. Then come by a couple days later and start flirting. Start up a covo. about music. and such. Good luck. Just be different, but be yourself.
