Vitamin C!!! The Emergen-C packets help a lot. Take one a day. For immediate relief, I am a big fan of the breathe right strips. They open your nasal passages. Also, saline spray to help dry up a runny nose.

Your sore throat is a sign of infection. You need to see a doctor and get started on an antibiotic such as amoxicillin or keflex. Also some claritin or allegra and sudafed should help. A very good decongestant is chlorpheniramine and it's over the counter.

You do need rest. That is true.
These are things that work for me and my family.
Redoxon Vitamin C - drug stores, health stores
It is amazing. You instantly feel better. The key is too only use a little water to dilute it.
A product called BLAST you can get it at natural food stores. I buy mine in the health section of Pharmasave.
It is gross tasting. But works well.
Lemon Water
Stay hydrated
Get fresh air too.
Good luck.
Hope you are better for the holidays!

It may be just a cold. If you have green mucus running from your nose, it may be a sinus infection. Treat the symptoms with throat lozenges and nasal decongestants like Sudafed and if the symptoms persist for more than a few days, see your doctor.

take some tylenol night time medicine and if that dont work, go get some lemons, tea, honey, and some jack daniels! boil the tea and add just a little bit of honey, lemons, and jack, drink it until you are starting to sweat, that means the sickness is coming out of you! then take a very long nap and get plenty of rest!

You have a cold! Buy some cold medicine and cough drops. If you don't feel better in a day or two or feel worse go to your doc.

Poor Baby! Blow your nose and take two aspirin [or whatever pain reliever you take]. Then, get a good night's sleep, and call your doctor in the morning.
