The legal age is 18 yrs old, unless you have parental consent to do it at a younger age.

18 and I wouldn't recommend going to a place that would tattoo you at any younger age (even with parental consent) because most professionals would never touch minor skin.

I dont think there is one as long as your with a parent
it might be 16 or 18 without a parent

I think it's 18, but I could be wrong. It's pretty much 18 everywhere, unless you have parental consent.
