Is it for migraines?

Yes. Supposedly it is a over-the-counter analgesic for headaches. However there is no evidence that it actually works and many medical professionals and journalists have reported that it may be either harmful or ineffective.

Migraines are more serious and should be treated with known medications or prescriptions.

It's for the relief of headaches. All you have to do is apply directly to the forehead!

There commercials are probably made to give people headaches do they go and buy it!

I don't think I've seen the commercials, but I've heard about them... I work in a pharmacy and sometimes I get migraine headaches, and one day I saw a customer buy it and I asked HER if it worked... she saif yes, so I thought, what the heck, I'll try it.

it's a homeopathic remedy for (migraine) headaches. it looks like a fat chap stick or a small clear deoderant. you apply it straight to your forhead the same way, and it tingles and burns a bit, but it seems to help me sometimes.

I like that you can use it with or instead of other medications, and that it doesn't interact with other meds.

one bit of caution: when I was sick for a few days, I used it maybe 4 times over the course of 2 days, and the following day I looked in the mirror and noticed the skin on my forhead peeling like I had a sun-burn. I guess it just really dried out my skin, so I just used a heavier facial moisturizer 2 times a day for a few days and now my forhead is back to normal.

It's a placebo. There's less than 1% active ingredients. It would be just as effective to rub your hand on your forehead. They aren't even allowed to claim that it has any medical benefits, hence simply repeating "Apply directly to the forehead" Yet somehow, people still buy it.
