Check and see whether your system restore is okay or not(whether there are restore points and whether the system is still on) . If your system restore has not been disabled by virus, I suggest you just switch off the computer. Then turn it on again in safe mode and do a system restore to a date when your computer was working well..You don't have to worry about suddenly switching off the computer. It won't get spoilt, My computer has suffered many blackouts and it is still working well.

It's a spammed advert trying to frighten you into buying drivecleaner. There's a lot of trouble with that at the moment.
Have you got any anti-virus and anti-adware? Try AVG or Avast! as free a/v and AdAware SE as free anti-adware. Search for 'em on line & download. Once you've installed and updated them, turn off Restore (in Control Panel - Performance & Maintenace - System - System Properties) boot into Safe Mode (continuallly tap F8 while booting) and run the programs from there. Oh, and turn Restore back on when you're done.
Hope that helps

If you have already clicked "OK" for any one of those boxes, indeed then you have contracted a virus.
Download a good anti-virus program such as Kaspersky, and a Spyware/Malware cleaning program such as Ad/Aware
The laptop is frozen most likely because several different malwares were installed infecting the registry.

I have encountered this (several times) when sending or receiving e-greetings, (it is an advert) but beware. The 'drivecleaner' said I had visited porn sites (which I had definately NOT) and said that there were over 18000 violations (which was impossible because the hard-drive had been re-formatted. It is worrying. And it says in the advert that all these problems will be sorted if you spend £40.00 with them. (It is just to depart you from you hard earned money). It porports as being from Windows, but is an advert.

If you go to drivecleaner.com Google says: "Warning - visiting this web site may harm your computer!" So, I would re-boot the computer in Safe Mode (by pressing F8 as you boot up) and uninstall drivecleaner. Use a good spyware cleaner to tidy up the mess, like AdAaware or Ewido.

I would find and download adaware from http://www.lavasoftusa.com and run that. IF IT RESTARTS OR ERRORS OUT on your computer, then you want to do a search for a file called vundo. Run that after you download it to your computer.
Also, in Internet Explorer, go to Tools and manage add-ons. Check what they are and disable any that you are not sure of. Most of them can go, and you can re-enable them if you actually needed them to start.
Usually, if adaware does run completely, it will quarantine any spyware you may have. Make sure you are going through each screen on adaware.
