If you are "totally in love with him" and he "kind of" likes you then, you could start by talking to this guy. Don't come off as "GOD LET ME MARRY YOU RIGHT HERE RIGHT NOW CUZ I AM TOTALLY IN LOVE WITH YOU!!!!" Be subtle, talk to him and get to know him (if you don't know him that well) and then in time (not too long from now) ask him how hee feels about you. If you are totally in love with him you have probably told someone, or it is pretty obvious that you are so let him notice you by you just being yourself, even if you are boring, that way you don't create an image opf yourself that isn't true.

well for my guy i baked him cupcakes for christmas. he seemed to like that alot. so you could bring him a baked good and start talking to him. just be like wanna cookie or w/e and then start up a conversation. "hey i've noticed you around town/school/whatever alot lately, what have you been up to?"
