I have yet to come across a fast & natural way to do anything. Its recommended that you lose no more than 1-2 lbs a week so 20lbs the natural way would take about 2 1/2 months and thats if you're able to lose 2lbs each week. The natural way would be getting the recommended daily value of fruit & veggies so that your bowel movements are regular as this counts as well. Getting the proper rest at night, getting 30 minutes of exercise each day, following the food pyramid because you MUST eat. Sure you can limit your dining out as most people do not cook unhealthy foods regularly. Only bring into your house what is good for your body, and seriously grocery shopping on a full stomach helps you make decisions because everything "looks" good when you're hungry. Incorporate strength training into your exercise program 2-3 times per week 25-30 minutes per session. Lift at a weight that fatigues you around the 8th rep but 12 reps should be possible. Strength training is your motivation!! It makes you appear leaner quicker than pure cardio, it improves your posture and more importantly the more muscle you have the more fat you burn. If you like cheating on your diet skip the pills and grab the weights.

fastest healthy way would to lose about 2 pounds/ 5 pounds a week maybe more it depends on your body type. Eat Three square meals a day. What you eat should be, Breakfast: Eggs, bread (wheat), Orange juice and yogurt. Lunch/Snack: Nuts (almonds, peanuts etc...) Water, salad. if the salad doesn't fill you up then eat more of it! greatest thing about lettuce is that it keeps you full for long periods of time and prevents food cravings! Also for a snack/lunch any fruits, Try organic apples (although small they taste great and are better for you then the GM apples!)Dinner: Anything is possible for dinner My suggestion would be any meat (Chicken, beef etc..) Salad, bread (wheat), VEGGIES! Celery is Very good! Just by eating it you burn the calories you get from it! plus it keeps you full! That's all I can really think of now but work out about 30-45 every other day. You could run every day if you want but if your like lifting weights then go every other day. If you don't like Orange juice then just stand out side for 15 minutes on a sunny day. yes the sun gives the body vitamin D or "the feel good vitamin". You will find that eating healthy is GREAT for losing weight and it makes you feel younger, energized, sleep better and best of all you feel like a rock star every day!

Diet and exercises. Burn more calories than you take in per day. You can only lose something like 2 pounds of fat per week safely, though (10 weeks of exercise to lose 20 pounds, sounds about right)

I am sorry to say that there is not quick and easy way to lose a large amount of weight in a short amount of time. Decrease the amount of processed and sweet foods and increase the amount of healthy foods (fruits and vegetables) that you eat and create an exercise routine.

did you watch "the biggest loser" show? one of them lost 22 pounds i one week. by pushing themselves really hard... but i guess it all comes down to "his 22 pounds was just a small part of his body" if you are not that fat, it would be hard to further lose a lot with exercise (causes muscle growth which is heavier than fat) but you'l lose a lot of fat first before gaining musclesso all in all, you'll lose a lot.

jog or run as how a marathon runner runs....really...it will create a constant burn rate and will also increase your lung power and stamina...
constant breathing with running will make you slim and fit...
and also if you are tired of running dont stop then jog...but never stop..or else will rui the whole process.
so first run....not sprint...then jog...do like this run for 5 min jog for 10 min...
