Its hard entertaining teenagers. Christmas day is a family holiday but there is nothing wrong with a few unconventional holiday traditions. Tell them that all that matters is that you spend it together and see what they want to do. Do something at a park, do a polar-bear style jump in a lake, get sharpies and let them give you temporary tattoos. There are also a lot of DVD trivia games but I don't know if they are very fun. You could also go out to a movie or go caroling over at friends houses.
